About the role and team
***We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Housing Litigation team to support fee earners on a broad range of housing litigation. The work will be interesting and challenging and plays a vital role in supporting our lawyers as they work on a variety of litigation.

The work will consist of

Running disrepair claims pre action
Assisting in possession claims on all grounds and antisocial behaviour injunction cases
Preparation of trial bundles for court
Preparing briefs to counsel
Assisting qualified lawyers with directions such as disclosure and inspection of documents

***Most importantly, we are looking for someone who:

Demonstrates a passion for helping our social housing landlords transform communities and improve standards in their homes
Is interested in litigation and preferably has some litigation experience in any work area
Is enthusiastic, accurate; manages their time effectively and enjoys working in a team
