This role will focus on:


As a Quality Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).

Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness of quality processes within the company.

By meticulously managing document control, monitoring non-conformance reports, conducting audits, and supporting supplier monitoring, you will ensure that the organization maintains its commitment to quality standards and regulatory requirements.


  • Document Control and Management: You will maintain and control amendments to QMS documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Manage document logs and notify stakeholders of any changes.
  • Compliance Oversight: You will monitor and control external standards to ensure alignment with organizational requirements. Manage Self Assembler I-Bays and administer internal audit schedules to assess compliance.

Corrective Action:
You will monitor and maintain the outstanding Quality Events within Trackwise EQMS.

Chase and monitor CAPA closure, extension requests, and track Technical Design Requests (TDRs) to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.


  • Supplier Monitoring: You will assist in supplier monitoring activities to uphold quality standards and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: You will collect and collate information related to open/closed NCRs and track open/overdue TDRs. Ensure that effectiveness and verification target dates are set and chased if necessary.

Compliance Assurance:
You will conduct system audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Support the maintenance and updating of the department's training matrix to ensure competency and compliance among staff.

  • Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Managing the creation and renewal of NDA's with Customers & Suppliers.

Reporting:

You will Produce a number of monthly reports on the current position of Audits, Audit findings, CAPA, Extension requests etc.


  • Other Duties: You will undertake additional responsibilities as required to support quality management processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • In this role, your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities will be essential in executing these tasks and ensuring the organization's commitment to quality excellence.
  • Internal Stakeholders: You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across departments, including but not limited to Quality Assurance teams, Production teams, Document Control personnel, and Training coordinators. Your interactions will involve regular communication to ensure alignment of quality processes and standards across the organization.
  • External Stakeholders: You will engage with external stakeholders such as suppliers and auditors. Your interactions may involve communication regarding supplier performance, quality audits, and adherence to contractual agreements. Building and maintaining positive relationships with external partners will be essential to uphold quality standards and achieve organizational objectives.
