About the role:We are looking to recruit a Business Community Connector to join our Porth Cymorth Cynnar service. This is a fixed-term contract ending 30/09/2024.

About the role

This role involves engaging with businesses across Ceredigion to develop opportunities for Unpaid Carers to have a break from their caring role.

The postholder will work with the Carers and Community Support Team to meet the team and authority's strategic aims.
