I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a fantastic organisation based just south of St Neots.
They're looking for someone who has experience working in a customer service or sales environment and has previous administration experience.
Typical duties would include:
- Assisting the Sales team with administrative matters.
- Handling incoming calls and providing support to customers where possible.
- Updating internal records with customer data.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
- Previous customer service or sales administration experience
- Able to work to deadlines and manage priorities
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient IT skills with Outlook, Word & Excel
Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
