I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a fantastic organisation based just south of St Neots.

They're looking for someone who has experience working in a customer service or sales environment and has previous administration experience.


Typical duties would include:


  • Assisting the Sales team with administrative matters.
  • Handling incoming calls and providing support to customers where possible.
  • Updating internal records with customer data.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
  • Previous customer service or sales administration experience
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient IT skills with Outlook, Word & Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
