HARTWELL LODGE in Fareham is in need of an experienced Cook to whip up delicious and healthy meals for our residents. The role involves weekend shifts, 10 hours a day.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

  • Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to create delightful meals for residents
  • Cater to all preferences and dietary needs
  • Interact regularly with elderly residents
  • Ensure food health and hygiene standards
  • Knowledge of fortified and soft diets is a plus, but training is provided

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience in hospitality/catering
  • Level 2 Food & Hygiene certification
  • Passion for food and fresh ingredients
  • Team player with excellent time management
  • Ability to prioritize resident needs
  • Previous care home experience is a bonus

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50 per hour
