We bring together thousands of brands and hundreds of retailers on one platform, allowing you to shop through a single checkout, simplifying the shopping experience.

• Responding to customer service tickets via the Zendesk platform
• Managing any disputes through our payment provider by submitting evidence of delivery
• Assisting in responding to any negative reviews on
• Training will be given on all the platforms we work with

• Passing any retailer or brand leads onto the correct team members

• Validating sales via the Awin platform on a weekly basis
• Uploading offers onto the Awin platform every month
• Managing the partners we work with on our affiliate programme
• Following the affiliate schedule for vouchercodes/CPA increases and bonus payments
• Training will be given on the Awin platform

• Drive to develop and progress
• Experience with Zendesk preferred but not essential
• Experience within either an account management role or affiliate management role preferred but not essential
• A passion for beauty
