As our Laboratory Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in project management & project set-up.
  • Managing our sample database, accurately interpreting safety information, and organizing files for studies.
  • Handling deliveries, unpack samples/chemicals, and accurately input data into our computer system.
  • Providing reliable admin support to staff across four laboratories.
  • Responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally.

We seek individuals who:


  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excel in verbal and written communication.
  • Are reliable, thrive as effective team players and supporting colleagues.
  • Take pride in their work, going the extra mile. to support our customers
  • Possess GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English, Maths & Science.
