ALL TRAINING IS PROVIDED - Self employed role, we guide you through thisGeneral over view of responsibilities:
- Taking data and records of the child's progress
- Adhere to the Ofsted processes and company processes
- Finding ways to motivate the children to ensure they are happy while working
- Communications with school (if required) and the company management.
- Joining team meetings to review targets and set new targets with help of a consultant
- Maintaining data and evidence
- Have an ability to play and genuine enjoyment when doing so
- Have experience with children. This does not have to be SEN but this is preferred
- Be reliably and consistent
- Be punctual
- Have a clear DBS record. We can process DBS checks if required
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- with children: 1 year (required)
