Highly trained local teams deliver to a wide range of healthcare professionals, from dentists to GPs, care homes, schools, hospitals, tattooists, laboratories, veterinary and aesthetic clinics.

We are currently looking for a Service Support Officer to join our Bristol branch.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a premium quality of clinical waste collection service to our customers to ensure

total satisfaction and justify a premium sales price and in doing so promote Branch portfolio by value and number of contacts.

Requirements:

General duties and responsibilities include:

- help manage and support the service drivers in providing an accurate and efficient service

Respond to all customer service calls and enquiries.
Support and understand the service manager in their aims to provide a premium quality clinical waste collection service.
Carry out daily checks on iCABS system, to ensure all services drivers have logged onto system and have carried out previous days service route.
Check, record and handle any issues on raised on the issue report via the iCABS system.
Log and update all installations and removals that are generated from the 'End of Days' reports
Assist the Service Supervisor/Manager in preparation for service meetings and to highlight specific areas for action and advice on suitable action.
Clear, confident communication with your service customers and colleagues
Be selfmotivated, reliable and proactive
Demonstrate clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues
Ability to use own initiative and has a positive 'can do' attitude
