Outcomes:

Meet hiring targets for our Content Academy, Ignite, Sky Design and Sky Creative roles

Work with the recruitment business partner to deliver top early talent for the Content Academy, Ignite, Sky Design and Sky Creative roles.
Manage pipelines efficiently through adherence to documented ways of working and rigorous time management
Communicate feedback in a professional manner and within SLAs following clear guidance

Assessment centres are run smoothly.

Support assessors on the day to make sure they understand expectations, timings and provide a point of contact for technical issues
Communication to stakeholders is timely, clear, and accurate through regular updates with a preagreed cadence and close attention to detail with all written communication

Person Specification

Passionate about engaging with young people
Organised and efficient at managing multiple processes
Ability to prioritise and move fast
Confident and able to communicate both verbally and in writing

Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills

12 years' experience with coordinating recruitment operations
Understand the higher education system and early careers recruitment cycles in the UK
Be able to effectively use Microsoft Office.

Other Information

37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday pm
3month Fixed-TermContract
