Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with managing accommodation bookings and reservations
  • Coordinate checkins and checkouts for guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments
  • Perform data entry tasks to update accommodation records
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
  • Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
