Accounts & Finance Administrator Farnham
Media company business based in Farnham. They manufacture innovative camera accessories for the professional film industry.

Currently expanding their small, dedicated team and have an open position for an Accounts & Finance Administrator to support out FinanceManager.


Responsibilities:


  • Sending customer Invoices
  • Managing refunds and raising credit notes
  • Sending Customer Statements
  • Chasing late payments
  • Setting up and evaluating new customer accounts
  • Monitoring customer credit limits and putting customers on hold as required
  • Monitoring and following up open purchase orders
  • Processing expenses, company credit card statements and petty cash
  • Tracking holidays and sick days for all employees

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years' Experience in a finance role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Self driven with the ability to multitask and work with mínimal supervision
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems

Nice to have

  • Experience with Xero, Cin7 ERP
  • Knowledge or experience of film industry products
  • Working in a manufacturing environment
