Description

Support and assist with the facilitation of training, education and support the practice and professional development of all student nurses and trainee nursing associates Contribute to the Trusts Nursing and Midwifery strategic development, ensuring that quality improvement and safe practice remains integral to the learning process In collaboration with other members of the Practice Development Team, assist in the delivery of mandatory education and training and registered practitioner induction.

Development of study days and training sessions to meet gaps identified in the training needs analysis and clinical area educational frameworks.

Support the Clinical Educators to lead and facilitate audit and research.

Utilise innovative teaching styles with support of the Clinical Educators to enhance skills, optimising and standardising high levels of patient care delivery.
