The account this role will be for**:

Amey Secure Infrastructure is the leading organisation in Facilities and Estate Management. We look after thousands of assets on behalf of the client in secure environments.

The Role:

Under the direction of the Business Unit lead for HSEQ, provide 'valueadded' support to operational Directors so that they can effectively discharge their responsibilities specifically relating to Environmental compliance and best environmental practice.

In a typical week you will be doing the following:
Persuading and Influencing

- finisher and makes rapid and correct decisions even when short of
information.

Has a wide network of contacts, communicates openly with others, can maintain positive working relationships, and is comfortable working as part of a team.

We want to hear from you if you have: (Skills/Experience/Qualifications)
for Environmental compliance and best environmental practice.

Helped operational leaders to formulate effective compliance and improvement plans

aligned to corporate Environmental strategy and those of our customers.

Is ideally a chartered member of a related environmental management institution (e.g. IEMA, CIWM, Env Soc, IWEM) or has attained a relevant degree and is working to achieve chartered status within 12 months
Is an ambassador and role model for the HSEQ function with an engaging communication and influencing style able to work with all levels of the business.
Ability to collaborate with the leadership teams at senior level to help ensure a collective vision that extends beyond environmental systems and compliance and focuses on our people and their behaviour to help create a positively reinforced learning culture.
