    The role involves collecting rich data on customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing habits, and using this information to drive business growth and customer value across global markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with finance and marketing teams to develop data-driven insights and inform strategic decision-making.
    • Work closely with the trading analytics team to diagnose business performance and recommend actionable solutions.
    • Identify high-value customer behaviors and attributes, and translate these into strategy-shaping insights.
    • Collaborate across teams to share best practices and elevate the role of analytics company-wide.
    • Improve and streamline reporting, working with the BI team to build dashboards that are both insightful and actionable.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in customer insight, financial planning, or marketing analytics, preferably in a retail environment.
    • Advanced Excel skills, with experience working with SQL (bonus points for Python or R).
    • Strong analytical thinking, combined with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

    Working Arrangements:

    This is a hybrid role, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days worked from home.
