Senior Recruitment Consultant, Industrial Warehousing - £36,000 - £40,000 p/year depending on experience plus £6,000 car allowance, commission currently paying around £800 p/month, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays with additional holiday purchase scheme.

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm

We are looking to appoint an experienced Consultant for our client based in Nottingham.

You will need to have experience running high volume Industrial warehouse and production temporary workers as this will be looking after an existing desk that currently has around 100 temporary workers and 10 clients.

You will be tasked with growing the current desk through new business development and developing the current clients.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a busy Industrial warehousing desk.
  • Arranging and conducting on site inductions for new starters.
  • Attending regular service reviews with current clients.
  • Negotiate pricing with new clients.
  • Ensure that all temporary workers are compliant.
  • Coach and mentor junior members of the team.

Pay:
£36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
