Description
Supervise and motivate the food and beverage service staff. Oversee and maintain high-quality standards in food and beverage service delivery. Ensure a seamless dining experience by addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent shortages. Coordinate with the kitchen staff and restaurant manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Reporting to Director and Restaurant Manager regarding functioning of the restaurant.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
