Veritas Education are recruiting for a Secondary Recruitment Consultant, for one of our largest patches across Lancashire & Cumbria

Location - Preston

Position - Full time (7.00am to 4.45pm)

Start Date - January 2023

Salary - £24 - £50k (1st Year OTE) (Negotiable. Experience Dependent)

Role - Working from home & office-based role

Commission - Superb commission structure

Incentives - Monthly rewards and annual abroad trip incentive

Reduced hours during school holidays

Working from home (1 day per week term time)

Secondary Recruitment Manager/Consultant - experienced Consultant within the education sector


Secondary Consultant Information


This post has rapidly become a massive priority, as our Secondary business has grown vastly over the last 12 months.


This post will require someone to come in a take-over running a hot desk, which you will immediately be earning commission on due to the volume of work we are receiving.

Ideally, we are seeking someone with either / or experience within the recruitment sector or Secondary / education sector.

This job role entails the following:

  • Client retention and relationship building
  • Business development bringing on new clients via sales call and client meetings
  • Working with a client base of 30+ Secondary schools across Lancashire & Cumbria
  • Management skills, working with other colleagues to help them achieve and strive under your guidance
  • Take an active role in helping the business grow at a senior level
  • Plan and implement effective ways of working and being able to mentor colleagues to follow these initiatives

We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
