Care Dedications recruitment agency are currently seeking a Support Workers to join our team in Bristol BS15, UK.

Work with Care Dedications to make a real difference to people's lives which require extra support.

We have vacancies within a Residential Care Home settings & Support Living Facilities

We're looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:

• Positive, with a can-do attitude.
• Caring and empathetic.
• Have at least 6 Months Experience needed within the UK Care Industry

The Role will involve:

• Helping people to live the individual life they want
• Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
• Supporting people with their medication
• Experience needed with challenging behaviour
• Experience with Autism
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Administering medication in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assisting with mobility and exercise routines as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Supporting patients with their nutritional needs and ensuring that they have access to appropriate food and drink.
• Assisting with the preparation of clinical areas and equipment.
• Ensuring that patients' rooms and communal areas are clean and wellmaintained.
• Communicating with patients and their families in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Understanding of and commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults.
