JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking individuals for the Emergency Support role in Amsterdam.
As an Emergency Support Representative, your main responsibility will be handling inbound calls and chats, providing prompt and accurate assistance during emergency situations.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in emergency response or emergency communication environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to promptly and effectively interact with customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with communication equipment.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance within an emergency services environment is a plus.
Openness to flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends.
Fluent in Dutch (C1) both written and spoken, with a minimum requirement of English proficiency at C1 level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations through inbound calls and chat interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to individuals in distress, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Utilize MS Office and other communication tools to relay information accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while operating various communication equipment.
Stay up-to-date with emergency regulations and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with emergency response teams and external agencies to coordinate appropriate assistance.
Adapt to flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends.
Possess current certifications in CPR, emergency, fire, and police dispatch (preferred).

RELOCATION PACKAGE
Relocation support available to Amsterdam:
Flight reimbursement and one month paid in a hotel.
PAY
Full-time contract with a monthly salary of 4.355,83€.
Annual gross salary, including the holiday allowance: 56,451.60€
