This Birmingham Secondary school is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Girls PE to lead its Physical Education Department from September 2024.

This role requires a motivated Head of Girls PE who can act as a positive role model for staff and students, promoting high standards and encouraging engagement in PE lessons and extracurricular sports clubs.


Job Role:

  • Line Management of PE Teachers as Head of Girls PE
  • Planning and delivering an engaging PE curriculum
  • Being part of the Middle Leadership Team
  • Fostering a culture of high expectations
  • Demonstrating outstanding teaching practices
  • Delivering lessons that motivate, stretch and inspire students
