Job description
Are you proactive and dynamic in your delivery of repairs and maintenance?

As the post holder you will work within the HQH Group and maintain their property portfolio. Here are few of the tasks that you will be required to do.

  • Clearing common areas
  • Fixing any safety hazards
  • Putting together furniture and other equipment
  • Installing appliances and machinery
  • Doing plumbing and carpentry
  • Liaising with contractors and other workers
  • Carrying out all inspections and working within tight deadlines
  • Electrical work
  • Plastering, painting and decorating

MUST HAVE THIER OWN VAN/CAR AND TOOLS. All our properties are based in Birmingham.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£100.00 per day

  • Handyman/Maintenance: 4 years (required)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (preferred)
