About Our Client:

My client are a world leader in shipping, specific to RORO logisitics.

They are an international company with a variety of paths and opportunities for those looking to pursue their finance career.

They are going through a restructure in their finance team, meaning they are looking for immediate contracting support, before establishing the permanent role.


As the Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Preparing and performing weekly/monthly/ad hoc payment runs
  • Raising intercompany sales invoices
  • Intercompany debt chasing and credit control
  • Performing bank reconciliations and managing banking details
  • Performing supplier reconciliations
  • Managing and processing expenses
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks and audit

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Accounts Assistant will have:

  • Over 5 years finance experience
  • Experience using EPICOR (highly desirable)
  • Strong excel experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to start immediately

What's on Offer:

- £30,000 salary

  • 6 month FTC to permanent contract
  • Based in City of London
  • Hybrid working
