The HR Administrator role is based within our Devonport Royal Dockyard business area.

Devonport has also recently been selected as the base port for the Navy's new Type 26 frigates and will become the maintenance centre for the future submarine programme.

The role
The difference our new HR Administrator will make
As a HR Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary where you'll contribute to the growth of the business in supporting and facilitate the recruitment process.
Day to day, you'll provide support and assist with cases generated from the People Advisor Team, taking ownership of the case whilst adhering to service level agreements and ensure transactional administration relating to recruitment approvals are completed accurately and are aligned to payroll deadlines.

Essential experience
- Experience with faced paced HR Administration environment
- Have excellent IT skills capability to learn new systems at pace
- Excellent time management skills.
- Methodical and organised with ability to operate under own initiative or as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of employees and management
- Customer focused
