We are seeking a customer service focused Service Concierge to join Marshall's Jaguar Land Rover Oxford and play a vital role in our day to day operations by managing the logistics of all customer cars on site.

This customer facing role will provide assistance to our sales, parts and service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers as they enter the site and showing them where to place their vehicle before escorting them to the main building.
  • Ensuring sufficient parking bays are available for customers coming on site by liaising with the technicians, service department and sales department.
  • Being proactive in your management of the car park in order to avoid any logístical issues.
  • Keeping the car park neat tidy and organised.
  • You will be the first person our customers come into contact with on our site so it is imperative to make an excellent impression.
  • Provide outstanding customer service when greeting customers.

Required Skills and Experience
You will have a full clean UK driving licence, with previous experience driving a long wheel base van.

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:


  • A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
  • Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes
  • Excellent paperwork skills
