JBT currently has a great opportunity for a

Contracts Administrator to join the Proseal team in Cheshire. Working within the sales department and supporting the ProCare Regional Specialists, you will initially be reporting directly to our Sales and Marketing Director who is keen to get someone onboard who has a can-do attitude and someone who enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

A day in the life of our

Contracts Administrator looks like this...

  • Arranging customer ProCare site visits, liaising with service coordinator where necessary
  • Prepare quotations on ProNET and Salesforce.
  • Process service kits, ensuring they are correct to the assessment / provident list provided.
  • Ensure service parts for each job are prepared and ready prior to leaving Proseal.
  • Ensure all documentation required for each ProCare visit is held in the correct location.
  • Process visits, ensuring all correct data is inputted and any follow up works actioned, where necessary liaising with the service coordinator.


  • Create contract paperwork

  • Ensuring T&Cs are up to date and relevant to the agreed contract (Payment terms, contract length etc)
  • Working with the Procare Regional Specialists, follow each individual contract from start to finish. Knowing which visits have taken place and works remaining.
  • Answer external phone calls and take information required to pass over to relevant person
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements listen to clients and understand, anticipate, and fulfil their needs.
  • Continuous improvements in the processes and service we offer.
  • Keep up to date with new technologies or process procedures.
  • Provide feedback on common problems and advise on potential defects.
  • Develop and maintain the customer relationship and maintain accurate customer information on ProNET.
  • Raise departmental issues / concerns with Proseal UK
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
As our
Contracts Administrator we would like you to be self-motivated and able to work independently.

As you will be required to provide a first-class, front-line service; you must display the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders of the business.


You must be great with managing your own workload as well as supporting others in the team with their workload when necessary.


If you have previous experience of contract administration or working in a customer care/ sales role in the past this would be beneficial, however, if you have some experience of working in a busy engineering office environment and are looking to develop yourself within the team, we would love to see your CV.


Qualifications:

Useful skills for the role would be...

  • Previous experience in a Customer Care/Sales focused role
  • You should be computer literate with ability to create, modify and maintain MS office documents: PDF Files, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Understand and meet Health and Safety obligations in line with company requirement
  • Higher level of education (e.g. A-Levels or Apprenticeship)
  • Previous experience of using Salesforce CRM is desirable but not essential
