Creating original and innovative luxury soft toys, Jellycat combines luxurious fabrics with quirky and cute designs and sells its products online and via stockists throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.


Jellycat have an exciting opportunity for a new Credit Controller to join our Finance team on a
10 Month FTC.


The role is varied, providing assistance to and working alongside a number of team members both in finance and in the sales department.

The work is varied across a number of core skill areas, and we anticipate growth in the advanced skills areas as the role progresses in responsibility.


You'll be;

  • Managing internal and external relationships between both customers, and sales and finance teams.
  • Keeping accurate accounting records of customer payments
  • Analysing and reporting on payment performance
  • Managing and documenting payment communications with European customers
  • Managing Direct Debit process

You'll have;

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Experience using SAP Business One, and/or Microsoft Dynamic
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Management of payment allocation systems
  • Identifying and resolving payment queries
  • Experience working with multiple currencies
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, any additional European languages are welcome
