Position Summary:

This post requires the consultant to set up an NHS Framework Desk.

This will mean the recruitment consultant is responsible for the recruitment process and fulfilling staffing needs for the healthcare professionals within the National Health Service (NHS).

They will work within the framework agreements established by the NHS ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS clients, understanding their staffing requirements and providing consultative support.


NHS Framework Compliance:
Ensure compliance with NHS framework agreements, including adherence to specific recruitment processes, terms, and conditions.

Stay updated with NHS guidelines, policies, and regulations relevant to recruitment and staffing within the healthcare sector.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for future staffing needs.


Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in healthcare staffing requirements within the NHS.

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth within the NHS framework.


Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Utilize recruitment software and systems to maintain accurate records and generate reports.


Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with exposure to healthcare or NHS recruitment.

Strong knowledge of NHS frameworks, policies, and recruitment processes.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and objectives.

Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Understanding of compliance requirements and adherence to ethical recruitment practices.

£25,000.00 per year
