Key Responsibilities:
Contact Prospective Clients:
Initiate contact with individuals who made inquiries about SIPS or SERPS pensions through an affiliate website within a few months.
Engage in professional and empathetic conversations to understand their experiences and the losses they have incurred.Build Trust and Rapport:
Establish a trusting and professional relationship with each prospective client by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to helping them recover their pension losses.
Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure clients feel heard and supported.Conduct Needs Assessments:
Gather comprehensive information about the prospective client's pension history, including details about the advice they received, the decisions they made, and the resulting financial impact.
Assess their current financial situation and their goals for pension recovery.Provide Expert Guidance:
Educate clients about SIPS and SERPS pensions, explaining the potential benefits and risks associated with these pension schemes. Offer expert advice on the steps they can take to recover their losses and mitigate future financial risks.
- Collaborate with Legal and
Financial Professionals:
Work closely with legal and financial professionals within the company to develop tailored recovery strategies for each client. Coordinate efforts to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support in pursuing compensation and rectifying their pension situations.
Maintain Accurate Records:
Document all client interactions, including relevant details of their pension history, financial losses, and recovery progress. Ensure that client records are kept up-to-date and compliant with data protection regulations.
Stay Informed about Industry Developments:
Stay abreast of changes in pension regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with prospective clients, explaining complex pension-related concepts, and building trust and rapport.
Empathy and Professionalism:
The ability to approach sensitive financial matters with empathy and professionalism is crucial for creating a supportive and trusting environment for clients.
Financial and Pension Knowledge:
A good understanding of pension products, including SIPS and SERPS pensions, preferred but additional training will be given.
Relationship Building:
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating patience, understanding, and a commitment to helping them achieve positive outcomes.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess clients' unique situations, identify opportunities for recovery, and develop tailored strategies to address their needs.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
