Behaviour and Academic Mentor Wanted - Harrow

Responsibilities:


  • Provide oneonone and small group support to students who are struggling with academic or behavioural issues
  • Work closely with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student behaviour and academic performance
  • Monitor student progress and adjust support as needed
  • Collaborate with parents and outside agencies to provide additional support for students
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:


  • Experience working with secondary school students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in working with students with challenging behaviours is desirable
  • A relevant qualification in education or youth work is desirable
