I am seeking a

Team Leader who will develop, coach and oversee a staff team to provide a reliable, personalised and high quality of support to people living in their own homes with mental health needs. You will be working within a 7 bedded supported living scheme and will support some amazing individuals with creating the foundations for greater independence and personal fulfilment. You will work closely with services users and their families, along with key stakeholders and external bodies.

Have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex/mental health needs.
Have experience of supervising a staff team and coordinating rotas.
Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards this.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role, to be worked on a 7 day rota which will include weekends,

evenings and public holidays according to the needs of the service.

For your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £12.40 per hour (£24,180 per annum).
