Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a leading online technology business which is going through a period of change and transformation.

Recent investment is driving growth and the organisation is investing heavily in product and tech.

The Opportunity

This is an end to end talent acquisition role, key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Building relationships with hiring managers to understand the business and talent needs.
  • Working in partnership with the People Partners.
  • Full responsibility for the entire recruitment cycle from initial discussions and acquisition strategy through to onboarding.
  • Working closely with external partners and managing agency relationships.
  • Supporting the business with the recruitment process, advising and coaching hiring managers.
  • Working with business leaders to identify future skills gaps and strategic workforce planning.
  • Development of the overall TA strategy for both internal talent development and external recruitment.
  • Enhancing the employer brand.

The Person

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate a strong track record in the following;

  • Experienced tech recruiter with experience of the whole recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent communicator, able to work and partner with business leaders and support business decisions.
  • Experience of developing longer term talent development strategies.
