Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a leading online technology business which is going through a period of change and transformation.
The Opportunity
This is an end to end talent acquisition role, key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Building relationships with hiring managers to understand the business and talent needs.
- Working in partnership with the People Partners.
- Full responsibility for the entire recruitment cycle from initial discussions and acquisition strategy through to onboarding.
- Working closely with external partners and managing agency relationships.
- Supporting the business with the recruitment process, advising and coaching hiring managers.
- Working with business leaders to identify future skills gaps and strategic workforce planning.
- Development of the overall TA strategy for both internal talent development and external recruitment.
- Enhancing the employer brand.
The Person
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate a strong track record in the following;
- Experienced tech recruiter with experience of the whole recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communicator, able to work and partner with business leaders and support business decisions.
- Experience of developing longer term talent development strategies.
