Junior Finance Assistant

T2M Resourcing are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of this entrepreneurial investor backed group of companies that is focused on supporting the move towards NetZero.

This is a great opportunity as Junior Finance Assistant to develop a career in withinfinance with the guidance and support of the Group Financial Controller.

What will you be doing as Finance Assistant?

Raising sales invoices/credits
Allocate bank receipts (for projects) Sage, project spreadsheet and PIM
Review Engineer Timesheet and allocate to Projects
Assisting in Project meetings and update the system
Compiling reports on sales, expenditure, marketing, and other accounting activity for senior management
Assisting in customer queries
Dealing with Purchase invoices
Assisting in credit control
Reconciling accounting data to ensure accuracy
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Any ad hoc queries

This permanent opportunity will be 'office based' full time presenting a great opportunity to build your profile and communication skills within this high growth company.

What are we looking for?

Either newly qualified in Accounting or Degree in Accounts
Great at the 'basics of finance,' ideally a minimum 6 months experience in accounting (finance / bookkeeping)
Ideally, experience of MS Dynamics
Enthusiastic, ambitious, and keen to progress a career in accounts, with an interest in helping a NetZero focused business grow
Good IT skills, with confident telephone manner
