_A terrific B2B client facing
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT role and is a 6-month maternity contract starting in November that will take you up till summer 2024.

The role is hybrid and is based in READING.

There is plenty of admin around client care and you will be speaking to car dealerships (your customers) to check that they are happy and using the new tech products properly.


There will be full training provided in this position and a full month of admin hand-over so that you can perform well and with confidence (you will be required to be more onsite during this period with opportunity for flexibility once training is completed).

Hybrid working :
Yes. 3-4 days in the office

Contract type: 6 months to cover maternity Leave (end of contract will be June 2024)

Salary:
Up to £35k per annum or £17 an hour


About the Company:


_Huge_ American business within the automotive sector and with a network of car dealerships that it supports globally. The company creates nifty gadgets that are used around the world and the company creates exciting and innovative products. You will get full training as well as a proper 1-month handover so that you can perform this role really well and with confidence

**Duties
- **Liaise regularly with a portfolio of car dealerships clients

  • Explain to your clients the new software upgrades, answer any questions and help to explain how this software updates will support their business
  • Produce rollout plans/timetables for new software releases
  • Help to plan, organise and coordinate the new software releases and keep dealerships fully informed
  • Liaise with the sales and marketing teams
  • Undertake a customer analysis of the uptake of new products using excel
  • Attend customer carerelated "client visits" to car dealerships (12x a month mostly in Reading)
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager
  • Client facing
  • Data management and research

Requirements:


  • Solid administrative support and operations experience
  • Ideally some experience within automotive sector
  • Car driver is a plus
  • Ms Office (minimum intermediate in Excel)
  • Excellent communicator (fluent English)
