The role of
Senior Marketing Manager:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer to join a rapidly expanding business.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, design, implementation and execution of innovative international campaigns,deploying online and offline direct marketing campaigns.

The Senior Marketing Manager will have two direct reports within the team, therefore having experience in creating and delivering targeted, innovative strategies that show a clear return on investment is vital.

Our client is looking for a pragmatic, dynamicand creative individual with excellent communication skills.

The responsibilities of the
Senior Marketing Manager:

Formulating and executing targeted marketing strategies for the allocated portfolio of International events
Forging mutually beneficial marketing partnerships with associations and publications
Establishing effective working relationships with speakers and sponsors to gain their buy in to promote our events through podcasts, webinars and webcasts
Utilitising a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, SEO and PPC
Nurturing customers up the advocacy ladder by engaging them with tailored marketing copy
Hitting agreed targets for direct revenue generation and lead generation whilst closely managing the event marketing budget
Manage and support the wider team and direct reports.

To be considered for the role
you must have:

Educated to degree level
ideally within marketing or communications
3+ years' marketing experience within B2B publishing, conferences, events, exhibitions or a membership organisation
Experience with digital marketing (SEO & SEM, social media etc.)
Excellent written & oral communication skills

Commercial mindset

Experience in managing budgets and ROI for maximum profit gain
