Job description
Kind compassionate carer is sought to work with a young 22 year old man who is Autistic.

N17 Tottenham Area initially 3 hours weekly to take him out into the community and support him to regain his confidence.

You will be working with another carer as he requires two care staff to support him in the community.

The Role

An Epiphany Holistic Care Facilitator (carer) plays a pivotal role in supporting and enabling our clients to achieve the best quality of life possible.

We are looking for staff with great communication skills who are genuinely caring and compassionate in nature as well as good listeners.

Job Description Tasks include personal care, medication, facilitating activities of daily living, friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to strike a god rapport with others and dedication to providing exceptional care. We expect staff to remain highly professional, demonstrate integrity and always be willing to go the extra mile.

Qualifications:
NVQ level 2 or Full training provided to achieve qualification Enhanced DBS required. Experience working in the care sector is desired but not essential as full training is available.
