Job Summary
Hoopers Department Stores are looking for a Customer Accounts Assistant to work in their busy Customer Accounts Department based in Torquay.
Job Type / Category
Part Time hrs with weekend shift on a rota basis
Duties will include:
Previous experience is an advantage however full training will be
given.
- handling inbound customer/store telephone queries
- Processing of daily sales to customers accounts
- Processing of payments, including cheques and bank giro credits
- Filing
- Scanning
- New account processing: account opening, loyalty opening, and card distribution
- Banking of cash & cheques at the local Post Office
- Sorting and sending of post
- General administrative tasks
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience is an advantage however full training will be given.
