Job Summary


Hoopers Department Stores are looking for a Customer Accounts Assistant to work in their busy Customer Accounts Department based in Torquay.

The main responsibility of this role will be the administration of the Hoopers store and loyalty cards.


Job Type / Category
Part Time hrs with weekend shift on a rota basis


Duties will include:
Previous experience is an advantage however full training will be
given.
- handling inbound customer/store telephone queries

  • Processing of daily sales to customers accounts
  • Processing of payments, including cheques and bank giro credits
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • New account processing: account opening, loyalty opening, and card distribution
  • Banking of cash & cheques at the local Post Office
  • Sorting and sending of post
  • General administrative tasks

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience is an advantage however full training will be given.
