Gardening Team Leader - Community Impact Bucks

If so, then this is the job for you
Community Impact Bucks is looking for an experienced, able, and enthusiastic gardener to:


  • Provide a basic gardening service to our vulnerable elderly and disabled clients in Buckinghamshire, supporting and enabling them to stay independent and remain in their homes for longer.

Grow fresh produce on two communal growing sites and upskill the community.

Support and supervise volunteers, including 2-3 regular volunteers and occasional volunteering teams from companies and educational establishments.

This post is 12-month fixed term contract, with potential for extension.


Hours: 19 hours per week (worked over 3 days), Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (Friday substituted for a Saturday once a month).


Salary:
£20,800 FTE pro rata (actual £11,291)

The post is based at our offices in Weston Turville and involves driving around Buckinghamshire using the charity's van.
