Description

Being responsible for managing and maintaining engagement with our medical professionals and head office staff, we look to have a personable approach to everything we do here at Medica whilst taking them through a stringent onboarding process and journey.

As an Onboarding Specialist your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Engagement and management of medical professionals through the onboarding process with regular updates and clarity to foster a positive experience.
  • Responsible for all administrative duties associated with the onboarding process e.g. right to work checks, mandatory training, insurance checks, contract preparation, etc.
  • Maintaining the CRM to ensure information is consistent, readily available and accurate at all times
  • Working closely with the IT and Training departments to coordinate delivery, installation of equipment and training on Medica systems for reporters.
  • Encourage reporters through the onboarding process and overcome any objections.

  • Experience of working closely with IM&T personnel and activities
  • Familiar with a highly regulated, process driven environment, with experience in the coordination/collection of legal documentation such as contracts, insurance, and identity validation.
  • Healthcare experience or understanding of the NHS would be an advantage.
  • Experience of event/training planning or coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • A keen eye for attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry is a must.
  • Presentable and personable.
