The post holder will Play a pivotal role in transforming services to ensure provision of high quality, safe and innovative clinical services across all areas and will provide professional leadership at a strategic level within the organisation and work in a highly collaborative way.

Establish innovative and professional leadership across the system board and the wider stakeholders, which is inspiring, motivating and empowering. Will have expertise in, improvement, transformation, performance delivery. They will also have significant experience in mental health and may also have a deep specialism in a particular professional discipline (e.g.

Primary care, nursing, physiotherapy, paramedicine).
