CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator)

Location:
Bury


Salary:
Up to £16 per hour + Company Package
Hours: 07:00 AM to 16:30 PM (Monday to Thursday)

The precision engineering company based in Bury have a strong presence within their market and are an internationally recognised company that supply low volume, medium to large sized machined components into a wide range of industries including Nuclear, Petrochemical,Oil & Gas and more.

They're looking for a CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator) that can program with Fanuc controls on Harrison lathes.

As a CNC Turner, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Read and understand technical and engineering drawings
  • Read, understand, and write CNC programs using FANUC controls
  • Use and read a range of different measuring equipment
  • Programming, setting and operating on Harrison lathes
