Senior Site Manager - Residential


This is a great opportunity to join a leading developer in the South West as they embark upon a large mixed development on the outskirts of Exeter.


Your day to day will include:

  • Leading the fit out works on site
  • Ensuring our workforce works to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Setting people to work and coordinating trades
Who are we looking for? This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if you have:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Ability to create shortmedium term look ahead programmes
  • Experience in high value mixed developments.
