COSTS DRAFTSPERSON - TOP INTERNATIONAL FIRM Salary: £35,000 - £60,000

Costs Draftsperson: 2-6 PQE Our client is an industry leading firm with a Health Team comprising of over 150 Lawyers nationally.

Due to the level of growth within the team they are nowlooking for an experienced costs draftsperson/costs lawyer to assist several teams with their cost requirements.

You will be need experience in:

Working as a Costs Draftsperson handling your own caseload
Drafting points of dispute, points of reply, costsbudgets and bills of costs
Attendance at CCMC hearings
IT literate, particularly Excel, to include knowledge of using Costsmaster
Up to date knowledge of the CPR and legislationThe team are built up of experienced costs litigation professionals based across the country. With extensive experience of dealing with high value costs ligation, costs budgeting, appeals, group litigation and technical challenges. Our experienced advocatesregularly attend national court hearings across the country.
