Our client in Brighton is a well-established property management company, looking after a large property portfolio across Sussex.

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them as Property Administrator, supporting the Senior Property Managers.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a long term career in property, as you will be provided full training, career development, and qualifications.


Property Block Management is a very coveted career within the property industry so you would be gaining valuable specialist experience.


Salary £21,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Central Brighton office

Driving license required

A car will be provided for work use
Property Block Management is a service provided by companies to manage and look after buildings. This includes managing building regulations, legislation, and general on-going building maintenance. It's an important service to ensure that the buildings aresafe and in line with current property law.

You'll have the opportunity to assist the management of a portfolio of the most recognisable buildings across Sussex. Starting out within administration, you will be given a clear progression structure to become a fully qualified Property Manager.


We're looking for someone who is passionate about property, has good communication skills, and a good eye for admin work.


Key duties include:


  • Diary management.
  • Liaising with contractors to schedule in works and monitor progress.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, detailing property's maintenance contracts, and assisting in negotiating contracts.
  • Attending meetings with a Property Manager, during which you would take notes of the meeting.
  • Sending out letters to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.
