Care Concern Group is looking for an Administrator with great organisational, inter-personal and first point of contact skills.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the start-up team for our brand-new luxury care home. _(Based in Dalgety Bay)_
Every day will offer plenty of variety and great administration skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
Working alongside the Home Manager, this is a fantastic role to be a part of the start-up team where creativity and empowerment are encouraged.
Administrator Contract
- £11.50 per hour / Contracted to 35-40 hours per week
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Onsite parking
Administrator Tasks
- First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
- An ambassador for the care home, ie. showing people around the care home and integrating with the local community
- Managing the enquiry database
- Setting up overseeing all administration systems to include residents' agreements, team members contracts, payroll etc.
As part of this role, you will be required to attend training on Fire, Handling & moving and Health & Safety.
