Marketing Executive
The role will look after all day-to-day responsibilities of TAG's European marketing activities.


The position will be based in the Farnborough office and will be the main marketing contact for TAG Aviation Europe.

The position reports directly into the Global Marketing Director who is also based in Farnborough.

This role plays an integral part of a small marketing team working spanning across to Asia, with the main areas of concentration for Europe are; Brand awareness, Aircraft Management, Charter services and TAG Global Training.

This busy role has prospects and will be expected to grow into a Marketing Manager role within time.


We're looking for someone who can:

  • **Brand Image & Brand Strategy
  • **Promote the TAG brand whilst controlling brand consistency throughout TAG Aviation Europe in collaboration with global marketing.

Budget - Help define the European marketing budget within the global marketing budget and having oversight and control of the European budget.

Operational Marketing
  • Identify new platforms, publications and partnerships.
- **Digital Marketing
- **Work with the Graphic Designer/Digital Marketer in developing European digital marketing strategies and tools for:

  • Website
  • Helping maintain and content management of the company corporate website (Umbraco platform.
  • Defining SEO, SEA and Paid Social Media campaigns (some experience of SEO would be an advantage)
  • Social Media content (and some posting)

PR

  • Assist with the writing and distribution of press releases.

Internal Communications

  • Create communication posts and manage the Global Hub (SharePoint) platform which is Europe's intranet portal.

Events

  • Manage event and trade shows in Europe.

Research

  • Look at competitors' campaigns.

Promotional Items

  • Ensure that Marketing have relevant promotional items for giveaways and to offer the 'TAG Touch' for relevant aircraft.

ERP

  • Work with the Global Marketing Director for marketing and PR support for Emergency Response Planning.

Further requirements for the role:


Essential

  • Experience of content management system for websites
  • Clear understanding of corporate communications priorities and strong customer service orientation
  • Good writing skills
  • Multitasker
  • Use initiative at all times.
  • Creative skills
  • Knowledge of SEO

Desirable

  • Ability to speak French
