Marketing Executive

Location - Stourbridge

Salary - £25, ,000

As the Marketing Executive you will:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing and the individual teams to deliver the overall Marketing and Communications strategy for the business
  • Use research tools to support business development and marketing activities including Linked In Insights
  • Responsible for content creation and promotion, this will include creating automated marketing journeys, blog content, social media posts, video content and digital targeted PR.
  • Optimising job adverts and formatting for best practice and SEO.
  • Monitor and update consultant's online profiles and expertise to assist in building a social footprint.
  • Provide business intelligence, tips, leads and feedback to the recruitment teams.
  • Assist in producing new digital and physical promotional material.
  • Supporting consultants to gain new case studies, testimonials, and online reviews.
  • Reporting and analysis of marketing activities and events
  • Explore and Coordinate JLR sponsorship opportunities.
  • Support charity activities and internal staff events
  • Experience of B2B marketing
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills particularly regarding written content
  • A high level of motivation and drive to maximise business opportunities via Marketing activity.
  • A good commercial awareness and focus on return on investment.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to prioritise workload and deliver within acceptable time scales.
