We are looking for a experienced admin person to join this family run building firm based in the north of Plymouth.
Main purpose of job:
To perform general administrative and accounts duties and provide support to the management team and directors as required.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Provide support to the management team and other colleagues
Input and manage data in CRM system
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
This can be a 30 hr or 37.5 role over 4 or 5 days
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£11.00-£11.10 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Plymouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
