Are you a qualified relationship counsellor?


Relate West Sussex is recruiting qualified and experienced relationship counsellors who can offer in-person counselling for couples and individuals from our base in central Haywards Heath.

The counselling would be delivered between 2pm-8pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays with some flexibility around the exact hours offered.

Additional qualifications in any of the following would be an advantage:
family counselling; psychosexual therapy; and children/young people's counselling.

You may be Relate-trained, or you may have gained your experience through other routes.

Experienced counsellors may work for Relate without additional training if their qualifications meet the Relate Assessment of Prior Experience and Learning (APEL) requirements.

In return, we offer £22.05 per hour on a sessional basis, supervision, counsellor support groups, insurance cover, free CPD days and access to the Relate Learning platform, as well as full administrative support from a welcoming and efficient office base.
