    Description

    Job Title: Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver

    We are seeking experienced warehouse operatives and FLT drivers to join our team at a state-of-the-art warehouse in the Rugby area. This role offers flexible working hours, with the option to work AM shifts from 6am to 2pm or PM shifts from 2pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Saturday. As we grow, there may be opportunities to move to 5 days out of 7.

    Compensation:

    • AM shift: £12.38/hour
    • PM shift: £12.72/hour
    • Overtime is paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours
    • A £150 bonus is paid monthly to all FLT drivers

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Picking, wrapping, and labelling products
    2. Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
    3. Checking and confirming loads for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
    4. Assisting in all areas of the warehouse as needed to meet daily operational requirements

    About the Role:
